Manager for our Hillsborough Apartment program- F/T, Sunday-Thursday from 8-4, this is an exempt position, which requires 40+hrs. Must have HS diploma/GED, BA preferred, and 1 year experience working with people with developmental disabilities. Starting salary $35,000.00.

Human Resources Assistant; F/T, M-F from 8-4. Entry level position, starts at $12.02 an hour. Responsible for overseeing all Human Resources employee files for accuracy; Managing the Managers calendar and appointments; checking messages and taking calls. Great position for recent graduates looking to get into the Human Services field. Must be organized, fast paced, detail oriented. HS diploma or GED required.
Manager for IOP Program in Stanhope: F/T, hours vary, starting salary is $35,000.00. Must have both a BA or 4 year full time supervisory experience in the field, 2 year full time supervisory experience, and a LCADC is required. Responsible for managing program and staff.
Group Facilitator for our Adult Day and Partial Care program in Stanhope NJ. M-F, from 8-4. Starting salary is $28,000.00. For the Adult Day Group facilitator must have a BA or AA in the Human Services field OR have a high school diploma or equivalent, have the ability to communicate with individuals with whom they are working, be capable of providing any direct assistance required by the individuals with whom they are working, and have a valid driver's license. Duties include: Encouraging and engaging clients in group process; clarify and acknowledge group members statement; Assist with engaging in appropriate self disclosure that will only enhance group member's experience. For the Partial Care Group Facilitator must have a BA or AA in psychosocial rehabilitation or mental services, or possess related life or work experience such as assuming leadership roles during participation in mental health services or mental health consumer initiatives or possess one of the following credentials; Certified Pscyhiatric Rehabilitation Practioner or Community Mental Health Associates.
Positions for our Newark facility:
Group Facilitator for the AT1070 program; F/T, M-F from 8-4, Salary is $28,000.00. Must have a BA or AA in the Human Services field OR have a high school diploma or equivalent, have the ability to communicate with individuals with whom they are working, be capable of providing any direct assistance required by the individuals with whom they are working, and have a valid driver's license. Duties include: Encouraging and engaging clients in group process; clarify and acknowledge group members statement; Assist with engaging in appropriate self disclosure that will only enhance group member's experience.
Substance Abuse counselor for our addictions program: F/T, M-F from 8-4. Duties include:
Prepares and maintains reports and case histories.Perform random urine drug screens and alcohol swabs.Counsel individuals privately and in group sessions to assist the individual in overcoming alcohol and drug dependency.Assessing individuals using the ASI or other standardized clinical interview tool, and provisional diagnosing for substance abuse disorder using the DSM-IV TR.Prepares and maintains reports and case histories.Reviewing and, where necessary, revising the client treatment plan to address ongoing problems.
Requirements:
1.Each substance abuse counselor shall be either an LCADC or CADC.
a. A CADC shall work under the supervision of a LCADC;
b A CADC cannot diagnose substance abuse without the signature approval of an LCADC or other clinical supervisor approved to do so.
2. Substance abuse counseling staff without LCADC or CADC status shall function as interns, and shall:
a. Be enrolled in a course of study leading to CADC or LCADC status without regard to changes in employment, with progress towards certifications or licensing on file, reviewed by the facility at least semiannually and documented.
b. Be trained, evaluated and receiving continuing formal clinical supervision by the Director of Substance Abuse counseling or designee, pursuant to the clinical
supervision rules at N.J.A.C. 13:34C-6.2; and
c Have completed course work (that is,,72 hrs) for the Chemical Dependency Associate (CDA), issued by the Certification Board,

responsibilities and being counted in the counselor to client ratio.
(b) Counseling staff employed in an outpatient treatment facility subsequent to the effective date of this chapter shall have three years from the date of employment to obtain
LCADC or CADC.
